Tyler is the current Chief Executive Officer and one of the Co-Founders of The Noble Group based out of Brookfield, WI. The Noble Group of companies (Noble Medical, Noble Diagnostics, Noble Backgrounds, and Noble Six) is a recognized leader that was founded for one purpose... to protect and safeguard people in today's uncertain and unpredictable world. They are a risk mitigation group focusing on employment screening services and workplace safety. Their products and services include drug and alcohol testing products, drug and alcohol testing laboratory services/third party administration and management of employment testing programs, background checks, hiring assessments, training and consulting, and operational security. The group primarily operates within the employment screening and workplace safety industries serving thousands of customers in a vast array of industries such as the Department of Transportation, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, construction, retail, aerospace and defense, healthcare, waste and utility, and consumer services.
Prior to Tyler’s time at The Noble Group, he held a senior leadership role within the oil and gas industry, serving as an Operations Manager for Fortune 1000 company Ferrellgas Partners, L.P., where he managed regional operations throughout Southeast Wisconsin and Northeast Chicago. He also worked within the Transportation and Logistics industry as the Director of Safety and Compliance and the Director of Training for Daily Direct, LLC, a specialized trucking company in Milwaukee, WI.
Before Tyler’s time in the private sector, he worked in law enforcement for seven years as a police officer for the City of Irving, TX as well as the City of Waukesha, WI. Tyler proudly served our nation for six years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, holding a supervisory position as an NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) assigned to an infantry company in Milwaukee, WI for three years and later a field artillery company for three years in Grand Prairie, TX. Tyler was honorably discharged from military service in November of 2011.
Tyler holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University Wisconsin in Management of Criminal Justice (Summa Cum Laude), and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Waukesha County Technical College in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
At The Noble Group, Tyler oversees the complete operations of the business group and serves as the companies’ primary administrative officer. He continually challenges employees to seek improvement in their processes, which empowers them to have an active role in Noble’s success. Beyond that, he provides strategic and visionary leadership, constantly seeking ways to improve The Noble Group’s product and service offerings to its customers. He is the State of Wisconsin Affiliate for the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA) and has served on the Leadership Board for the Wisconsin Veteran’s Chamber of Commerce (WVCC), where Noble Six, Inc., a member business of The Noble Group, has been an active member of the WVCC and a corporate sponsor since 2020.
Tyler was recently honored as a 2023 Wisconsin Titan 100 through Titan CEO, a distinction given to the Top 100 CEOs and C-Level Executives in Wisconsin after undergoing a rigorous nomination and selection process. He was also honored in 2022 by BizTimes Milwaukee as a “Notable Veteran Executive” and was featured in the November 2022 issue of BizTimes Milwaukee.

Jonathan is an experienced educator, and has enjoyed helping customers, employees, and students solve complex challenges, whether that is through complex organizational learning challenges or through the integration of innovative system thinking and facilitating collaborative solution teams.
His experience has allowed him to draw on a deep well of knowledge and experience, whether in military or civilian life. Business, healthcare, or military, the different aspects of training fundamentals come down to the same things: (1) identifying the training gap, (2) identifying the path of solution, and then (3) breaking down the steps so that everyone is empowered through the development process.
Jonathan has extensively researched agile methodology, instructional design models, project management, and human performance improvement. Through his research the same three fundamentals are apparent for effective and efficient instructional design; (1) A client-centric development effort (2) a hyper-focus on the learner experience (3) and iterative development.
front, he joined a large electric utility and became the senior manager responsible for the safety oversight of their nuclear power plant fleet. After gaining significant experience in all facets generating plant engineering and operations, he moved to the consulting sector whereas a vice president and division director of a medium-sized consulting firm he had the lead responsibilities for organizational assessments, safety and security oversight, and technical risk assessments. He subsequently founded Paradigm Consulting Services, Inc. where he and a group of talented colleagues continued to provide a broad range of organizational and technical services to the commercial nuclear sector.
Jeff is an effective communicator and an excellent mentor and coach. At Paradigm, he continued to build his experience base in technical and non-technical areas by balancing his efforts between large technical projects and serving on senior oversight boards focused on operational safety and security. Additionally, he led several teams responsible for assessing and/or improving organizational safety culture at more than a dozen operating sites in the U.S. and Canada.
Jeff has also been active with several international projects and chaired the International Atomic Energy Agency committee focused Self-Assessment. He has been on the staff of the Electric Power Research Institute and authored more than a dozen papers on technical and management subjects. Between 2008 and 2021, he served as an Administrative Judge with the NRC’s Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel adjudicating a broad range of issues dealing with operational and enforcement issues.
He holds a B.S. degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, along with M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Pennsylvania State University. He is also a graduate of an Executive Management Course at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, UNC-Chapel Hill. He was also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Nuclear Engineering Department at North Carolina State University for several years. He is a Fellow of the American Nuclear Society, a member of the Society of the Sigma Xi (Scientific Honorary), and served as a member of the Industry-Professional Advisory Council for Penn State’s College of Engineering. He received the Outstanding Engineering Alumnus (OEA) award at Penn State and served as the first President of the Penn State Nuclear Engineering Society.
Dave is the founder of the WPM Group and previously served as the head of Paramount Financial. After a decade in the financial business, he led the executive team, which negotiated and finalized the sale of Paramount to SunTrust Bank. During his tenure with Paramount, he developed partnerships with top financial institutions, including Bank of America (NYSE: BAC), JPMorgan Chase & Co.(NYSE: JPM), and First Tennessee/First Horizon (NYSE: FHN).
Over the past decade, Dave has worked with notable industry leaders such as Remington®, General Motors (NYSE: GM), Virginia Tourism, and Mossy Oak®. He has also assembled a WPM Advisory board that contains some of the most accomplished executives in their respective industries. Along with his other duties, Dave is actively involved in the creative process as an exclusive Cinematographer for Getty™ Images. He is also a FAA Certified UAS (drone) pilot.
John is a results-oriented leader with significant experience in the business and legal spaces. He serves as a Partner at Catalyst Partners, where he leverages his diverse expertise to help bring complex real estate projects together. He began his career in private practice with large corporate law firms, and later moved to a privately-held manufacturing firm, where he served as Corporate Counsel, initiated the firm’s sustainability program, and managed more than $40MM in raw material spend.
John is a highly skilled negotiator and community builder, with a proven ability to build and motivate teams and put difficult deals together. In addition to his day job, John is a passionate community volunteer, serving on the boards of directors of the I Have a Dream Foundation – Milwaukee, and Meta House (a local agency that provides substance use disorder treatment to women).
